Just Lab Coats guarantees its products to be free of defects and will replace items that are unused and found to be defective. If you are not completely satisfied return your purchase for a REFUND OR EXCHANGE within 45 days of receipt, no questions asked. Will there be any restocking fee for return/exchange?

Custom made items can be return for alterations, we will happy to do alterations for free, shipping cost may apply. Just Lab Coats aims to ensure fast and efficient order delivery to the customer. While sourcing the product from different warehouses, it is not possible to cancel the order after order confirmation. However, if you are not satisfied with the purchase, you may contact the customer support dept. at 1.877.264.3717 or request a return authorization.
What if my shipment is return to sender?
Just Lab Coats does not take any responsibility for parcels that are returned back to us after 15 days of delivery for the aforementioned reasons:
1. Incomplete address
2. Vacant
3. No Secure Location
4. Refused by Customer
Apparel & Shoes: Apparel items without personalization (embroidered/ imprinted/ engraved) and shoes can be returned within 15 days of receipt in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING. And also remember not to use the product box as a shipping container. Gift Cards are non refundable to cash. It can only be use for buying Just Lab Coats products.
