What US shipping methods are available?

Basically USPS and UPS are the shipping carriers we use and shipping costs are based on the shipping method you choose. We offer the following shipping options:

  • USPS - 5-10 business days depending on your location.
  • USPS Premium - The only 4-6 day service that delivers to mailboxes, mail slots and P.O. Boxes and Saturday delivery and residential delivery at no extra cost (depending on post office service availability)
  • UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air - In-stock order placed before 11:00 a.m. CST, Monday through Friday are expected to ship same day and be delivered 2nd or next business day depending on the service selected

What Canadian shipping methods are available?

Most products ship within 3-4 business days depending on demand and availability (in stock and non-embroidery items) excluding weekends and holidays

Please allow 5-10 days for standard delivery time thru Global Priority Mail Canada. We do not offer expedited shipping or express delivery for Canada shipments

Please allow additional 15-20 business days for orders with embroidery

How much does it cost to ship my order to Canada?

Shipping and handling charge does not include Canada customs duties, taxes and custom brokerage fees. These charges should be rendered with your local customs in order that the shipment will be released by the Canada Customs at the Canadian border. For these particular charges, please check with your local customs office

Do you Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do ship to countries outside of the United States and Canada. Please email us at csr@justlabcoats.com for a shipping quote for your items.

How much does it cost to ship orders outside of the USA and Canada?

International shipping rates are our best estimates, in some case if we find any difference , we will contact you to pay the difference or vice versa. Please allow 15-20 business days for international orders to deliver. All local taxes and duties (if any) is customer responsibility

How long until you ship my order?

With our fast delivery, most orders are delivered within 5-10 business days from date of order. Please allow 2-3 additional business days for personalization and customization. Made to Order items will take 10-15 business days in production until shipping. (Business days are Mondays to Fridays excluding Holidays. Orders made on a weekend will be processed on Monday.)

If my selection is "backordered", what happens?

There are times that high demand causes items to run out and if that happens with your order, we will let you know immediately and let you know when it's going to be available. You have the choice of waiting for it to be in stock to have them ship altogether. You can also have them ship separately with the back order items shipped as soon we have it in stock. No worries, either way, you will only be charged once for shipping

An item I ordered is on backorder and I do not want to wait for it. How can I cancel it?

To cancel any backordered item, please call us (toll free) 1.877.264.3717 or email us at csr@justlabcoats.com. Please include in your email your name, order #, shipping address, contact # and the best time to call you. If it has not been shipped then we will cancel it for you. There are occasions that manufacturers themselves will ship the items to you

Do you ship to PO Box address and APO/FPO military address?

Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO military addresses but we cannot ship express to these addresses

How much is the tax?

Tax only applies to the state of Georgia which is 7%
